📣Introduction

First of all we want to thank you for being part of this amazing community. It’s a pleasure seeing you here. Plai Whitelabel is a tool to power your agency’s Paid Media Strategy ensuring your clients launch ads across platforms in the most effective, result driven way. Plai supports ads for multiple platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Spotify, Bing and we're always adding more to the list.

In this first lesson, we will walk together through some of the basics to set up your agency from the beginning. We'll review the basic set up for selecting which platforms your clients will see, creating an % of ad spend in your reporting and customizing your images and dashboard. Let's go.

📡 Connecting Plai to GHL or your Custom Domain

In the beginning there was the Client's tab. The first place you should go to connect Plai Whitelabel to your management tool.

When you click on this tab you will see these three options. Remember they are not exclusive: you can connect only one or all of them! It depends on your own set up.

  • 🎮 GHL: Plai's dev team worked alongside GHL's to bring this smooth integration. The only thing you will need is to keep your GHL's Agency account at hand so you can paste the custom menu link provided in Plai in your Settings section in GHL.

You can find this unique link by clicking in Go High Level in the client's tab. Once you paste it, you will be able to select to display it to all your clients or to some selected ones. This is up to you! This option will give direct access to AI Ads. To create the workspace for a specific client you need to click on the link on the menu: add an email and Business Name (these are not relevant for creating ads, so the email can be anyone they prefer).

  • 🌐 Custom Domain: This is the option where you can create your own standalone product. You will need access to your website provider as you'll need to create a DNS record, more specifically, a CNAME record.

You will find detailed instructions when you click in Custom Domain in the client's tab. This is a 3 step process. Make sure to read all of them.

You can test if the link is working by clicking on Publish. Once it's ready you will get the option to add your name, logo and change the login image.

Once you have connected Plai to GHL or to your custom domain you will be able to manage global settings in your account. These will only appear in the Admin workspace.

This will give you the possibility to give a tailored experience with your brand's look and feel. You can upload your image files and give the Advertise tab a new life.

🧶LinkBridge

Like Leadsie... but ours! With LinkBridge you will be able to send invitation links to your clients to quickly gain access to their Facebook and Google Ads accounts.

To access this feature you will need to be in the Default (or admin) workspace. That's the only place where you will see the button. Once you click, you will see these two menus.

This is a very simple flow!

What you need to share is the advertgenerator.com link which is completely Whitelabeled. You client's only need to click and accept.
